Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with any purchase you make with through netballstuff.net and Shirley Fromberg.

If you have any questions or problems with a purchase you have made, please contact us directly at netballstuff@aussiebb.com.au.

Upon payment and purchase, you agree to pay netballstuff.net/Shirley Fromberg, the fees in the amount and manner as agreed upon during purchase.

The purchase fee and/or enrolment fee for your purchase are non-refundable, except as follows: You may request a refund of your purchase within thirty (30) calendar days from the time of your original purchase, if you feel you did not benefit from any of the information contained in your purchase. Your request must be in writing and delivered to netballstuff@aussiebb.com.au.

Failure to deliver your refund request during the 30 (thirty) day refund period will result in your waiver of rights to a refund of your fees.

*Note: As mentioned above, all refunds are discretionary. If you just downloaded the training material and then promptly asked for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request. The point of this policy is to give people the chance to try the product, and if you don't benefit from it or don't find any useful information contained in the product, you can get your money back. It wasn’t designed to enable people to download the training material and immediately request a refund.
